Just F*@#ing Do It!

 

I attempted to do this in April and I failed miserably. I think I lost one pound.  

I hate diets. As soon as I attempt to do one I eat everything and more and call it quits. 

How do people do it? How do you socialize and just go for the salad or water? I like to eat and drink with people. It is the best thing ever!!!  

Anyway, I am doing this 4 weeks diet with my friend as a way to support each other. After spending $230 on grocery for one week I will let you know how it goes. 

Top tip: eat lean protein and veggies and be active 30-60 minutes a day. What a revelation!!  

30 days challenge Meal Plan first week:

1. Remove any margaritas, Bloody Mary, wine, breads and pasta.

2. At all costs when eating out go for the boring lame salad with salmon that every American restaurant will have no matter where you live! 

3. Commit to any activity at least 3 times a week. This could be a walk, gym, yoga.

For some people this is nothing and easy to accomplish. For me this requires a continuous battle with my brain. I can give up any diet or work out plan within 2 hours of commitment.
